There is a delay of 654 days in filing W.A.Sr.Nos.43855, 43857,
43859, 43861, 43863,43865, 43867, 43869 and 43871 of 2017. Hence, C.M.P.Nos.5280 to 5288 of 2018, are filed for condonation.
However, considering the issue involved in these appeal, we deem it fit to condone the delay of 654 days in filing the appeals, on condition that the appellants pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) for each
petition, to the account of Juvenile Justice Fund, Director of Social
Defence, Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of Tamilnadu, Kellys, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, petitions to condone the delay, would stand dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
