Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.CHENCHURAMA REDDY Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.VASUTHA THIAGARAJAN Advocate on behalf of the respondent the court made the following order:-
As per the earlier orders passed by this Court, a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- has been given by way of demand draft(DD) to the learned counsel for the respondent.
Since, the conditional order has been complied with, interim stay already granted is made absolute.
Post the appeal during second week of January, 2019.
