- Learned counsel/litigant has neither taken back the bundles from the Registry nor complied with the defects. Thus, factual inference is to be drawn that the parties are not interested in pursuing the case. However, to provide one more opportunity, the parties are at liberty to take back the returned bundles from the Registry, High Court of Madras, rectify the defects and re-present the same on or before 02.04.2026. Failing which, the present case stands rejected automatically without any further reference or orders from the Court.
