Today, when the matter is take up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant/ husband died on 11.03.2018. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate of the appellant and has also made an endorsement to that effect. Since the appellant died, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
