Original Petition No. 380 of 1995 was filed 22 years back. The Original Petition with respect to grant of probate with respect to a property which was situated at No.9, Sivaraman Street, Triplicane, Chennai-600 005. Sivaraman Street is in Triplicane and Triplicane is in Chennai-600 005. However in the Original Petition, the area of Sivaraman Street had been given as T.Nagar which is apparently wrong. Consequently, this application is allowed and the amendment is permitted.
