This Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the Court made the following order:-
This application has bee taken out by the Board of Trustees of “P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Trust” seeking permission to establish the Arts and Science College in General Collins Road, Vepery, Chennai, in the land belonging to the Trust. The Trust is covered by a scheme decree framed by this Court in C.S.No.242 of 1986.
Clause 25 of the scheme decree reads as follows:
“No new project, scheme or pro
gramme or course of study shall be taken up, adopted launched or carried out by the board without the permission of the court”.
