Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to submit a report to the 1st respondent pursuant to the enquiry conducted as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/4640/2014, dated 09.01.2015 and further to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the time limit as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
