The Petitioner has preferred the instant Writ Petition praying for passing of an order by this Court in forbearing the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 from constructing 'Dumping Yard' along with windrow at Survey No.73/1, 73/2, 74 in C.Perumalkovilpatti Village, Seemanoothu Village Panchayat, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, without approval of the Fourth Respondent.
Usilampatti Municipality, Madurai District, informs this Court that in the Seemanoothu Village Panchayat, no work is proceeded with for constructing a 'Dumping Yard' and to this effect, the Commissioner of the Usilampatti Municipality, had addressed a letter dated 11.10.2017, which is produced before this Court for perusal purpose.
