ORDER
When this matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition and hence he wants to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
