Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1/104/2013, dated 7.9.2015 and to quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and further to direct the first and second respondents to disburse the compensation amount of Rs.1,45,04,101/- towards compensation of acquisition of Petitioner's property to the extent of 6123 square meter in Survey Numbers 52/1A and 52/3A in Manamadurai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District within the time frame fixed by this Court.
