2.As against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.434/2017/L, dated 20.04.2017, the petitioner filed appeal dated 11.07.2017, before first respondent. Seeking to expedite the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
