PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned proceedings in O.Mu.C2/42848/2015, dated 26.08.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to unveil the Eight bronze statue of the freedom fighter Mamannar Rebel Muthuramalinga Sethupathy, which is installed in survey no.320/3, Perunthitta Vazhagam, Pattinamkathan Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
