PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in letter No.KO-37-2014(Oo.Sa.Po), dated 20.10.2014 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to re-fix a salary in the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200-2400 in the cadre of Irrigation Assistant in Selection Grade with notional effect from 01.01.2006 as per G.O.Ms.No.338, (Finance Pay Cell) Department, dated 26.08.2010.
