(MD) No.3870 of 2015, which has been disposed of by this Court today (09.05.2017), where the issue raised in this writ petition is also taken care of and the order passed in the said writ petition will cover the issue raised in this writ petition also. In view of the same, no further order need to be passed on the issue raised in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as no further order need to be passed at this juncture in view of the order passed in W.P(MD) No.3870 of 2015 dated 09.05.2017. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
