ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in C.No.R2/150/2017 dated 27.07.2017 whereby the petitioner was disqualified in the Endurance Test conducted by the 2nd respondent to quash the same as illegal.
2.The impugned order has been questioned on the ground that during physical efficiency test, the petitioner's performance in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1500 metres running event had not been measured properly, therefore, the impugned order is liable to be set aside.
