Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent on 23.05.2016 and to direct the respondents to re-designate the petitioner's appointment as Junior Assistant with effect from the date of completion of his under graduation i.e. (June 1988) in B.Sc. Chemistry in the light of the common order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD)No.11076 and 11476 of 2014 and 4479 of 2015 dated 12.10.2015.
