The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Review Petitioners submitted that the Review Application has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent developments as stated herein:
(a)The subject-matter document was released and returned to the respondent.
(b)The rules were already framed in pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench.
2.Therefore, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Review Application may be disposed of as infructuous, considering the above-stated facts and circumstances. Thus,the Review Application is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
