orders passed by the third respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 26.12.2016, but there was no progress for the past seven months.

4.In the light of the above facts, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 22.06.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing necessary opportunities to all the parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
