The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuing a mandamus to the respondents not to open any new TASMAC shop in Survey No.94/1D at Andipatti Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ District.

2.The District Manager filed a counter affidavit indicating that they have closed the shop situated at Survey No.94/1D, Andipatti Village. According to the TASMAC, there is no proposal to relocate the shop in the very same property.
3.In view of the submission made on behalf of the TASMAC, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.7882 of 2017 is closed.
