PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner initiated by the 2nd respondent bearing reference No.M1/37403/05 dated 11.07.2005 together with all the note files and thereon quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to finalize the promotion list to the post of Personal Assistant to the 2nd respondent from the post of Superintendent including the name of the petitioner at the appropriate place in the said promotion list without taking into consideration the impugned charge memo dated 11.07.2005.

The Matter was listed for hearing on 06.10.2017 and there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Once again, the case is listed for hearing under the caption “for dismissal” on 09.10.2017, but today also none represented on behalf of the writ petitioner.
