No.22613/288/Ni.Pi1/(3)2007-3 dated 30.06.2007 and the consequential rejection order made in Ku.Aa.No.023331/884/NiPi(3)/ Ko. Tha. Pa. Ni/2013 dated 08.01.2014 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same as illegal and without Jurisdiction and consequently direct the
respondents 1 to 4 to revoke the suspension and grant all attendant benefits including arrears of pay and other emoluments to the petitioner.
Based on the oral submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner to withdraw the petition, this Court has granted permission to withdraw the writ petition.
2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
