The grievance of the petitioners, to the extent that the
government has agreed to revisit the government order, does not
survive and only if the petitioners have some grievance with the
new government order which is to be issued within three weeks
would an occasion arise to assail the same.
The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of with liberty
to revive it in case the government order is not amended. No
costs.
