However, considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation through online on 04.08.2017 which is sought to be disposed of in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
