Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the order of the 2nd respondent dated 17.10.2003 in Sa.Mu.Order No.Thoupa.2/23022/03 and the consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 20.10.2003 in Ref.No. SMI/STA/522/03 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with back wages and entire service benefits.

Mr.C.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle today.
