Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned rejection order dated 23.10.2013 of the petitioner by the 1st respondent to the post of Post Graduate Assistants (Economics) and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to select and appoint the petitioner for the post of Post Graduate Assistants (Economics) in the process of selection held for the year 2012-2013 without insisting upon equalant certificate since
being established the subject is equalant as per the norms prescribed by the 2nd respondent and to post in according to the selection.
