PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1 st respondent in his Proceedings Lr.No.EE/O&M/ ATR/AE(I)/F.Doc/Sc.31/D228/03 dated 10.06.2003 and quash the same.
