Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by
the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that by
virtue of proceedings No.368-1/2014 dated 20.11.2014, the
petitioner's name was included in the seniority list and was
promoted and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
The said contention is admitted by the learned counsel for the
petitioner. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is
dismissed as infructuous. Connected Miscellaneous Petition
is closed. No costs.
