Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarifed
Mandamus to call for the records of the 2 nd respondent in
connection with the impugned order passed by him in
Na.Ka.V2.5503-2010 dated 13.04.2010 and subsequent rejection
order passed by the 1 st respondent in Na.Ka.V2-5503-2010 dated
13.07.2010 and quash the same and further directing the
respondents to allot the land which is in the possession of the
petitioners and issue the patta in favour of the petitioners as
per the G.O.854 dated 30.12.2006 within a reasonable time.
