The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondents to consider their representations dated 10.08.2015, 10.10.2016 and 20.08.2017, wherein and whereby they sought for assigning Patta to the members of the petitioner - Association.

The grievance of the petitioner-Association is that the said representations have not been considered by the respondents so far. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner-Association, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner-Association dated 10.08.2015, 10.10.2016 and 20.08.2017 and pass orders on the same, after hearing the rival claimants, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
