Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to III respondent's order dated 02.08.2004 in Ref.No.BU-COE/SLET/2004/Def-909/29118 and quash the same and direct the II and III respondents to recognise the Degree in M.P.E.S. of Annamalai University obtained by the petitioner and permit him to write the SLET 2004 exams.

ORDER
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As recorded earlier on 28.07.2017, this Court has observed that the prayer sought for in the writ petition pertains to the year 2004. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for permission to write the SLET Exam for the year 2004.
2.It is evident that nothing survives in the writ petition and further there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner once again.
