The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2^nd respondent to consider his representation

dated 20.10.2015 and 11.04.2016 and take necessary action against the

members of the Sangam by forwarding the complaint to the police authorities for necessary action in accordance with law within a time frame.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite

of the petitioner's representations dated 20.10.2015 and 11.04.2016, the

1^st respondent has not taken any action by considering the representation.
