Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent Committee in proceedings Nil dated 05.02.2015 (received on 19.06.2015) and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders in the light of the order dated 15.01.2015 of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.16/2013 and the order of this Court in W.P.No.6084 of 2014 dated 15.10.2014 by taking into consideration the various facilities provided by the petitioner school, salary paid to teaching and non teaching staffs through ECS and consequently permit the Petitioner school to follow its fee structure for the academic year 2015- 2016 and pass further orders.
