Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Proceedings of the Commissioner, Srivilliputtur Municipality, Srivilliputtur, respondent herein made in Na.Ka.No.421/2001/A5 dated 21.03.2002 and 19.04.2002 and quash the same in so far as the order fixing exorbitant lease amount of Rs.86,515/- instead of Rs.2,224/- and direct the respondent herein to accept 15% increase of the existing lease amount for the vacant site at S.No.1830, Nethaji Road, Srivilliputhur.
