The challenge of this writ petition is that the charge memo issued by the respondent. The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner argued the matter for a considerable length of time.

When this Court expressed its view that the writ petition against the charge memo cannot be entertained in the absence of the point of jurisdiction. The learned counsel at this juncture, has chosen to withdraw the writ petition.
