satisfied with the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit to M.P.No.1 of 2013 in W.P.No.1272 of 2013, a Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 18.02.2013, has restored the writ petition to file. Thereafter the matter has appeared on 14.06.2017 and 15.06.2017 respectively. On 22.06.2017, there was no appearance for the writ petitioner and hence, Registry has been directed to post the writ petition after two weeks. Thus, it is listed.
