This Petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein as R5 & R6.
Even though this petition is seriously opposed stating that the petitioners herein have no locus standi , having regard to submissions of the petitioners that interim order granted by this Court in this Writ Petition is against their interest and that they are also aggrieved.
