Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the order of the 1st respondent dated 08.03.2016 in O.A.No.310/00976/2015 in ( WMP No.2628 of 2017 IN WP.2673/2017).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.G.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.GANASEKAR Advocate for the 2^nd Respondent the court made the following order:-

None appears on behalf of the second respondent. We have granted interim order on 03.02.17, taking into account, the prima facie case made out by the petitioner and pendency of a writ petition before the High Court at Telengana.

The interim order is made absolute. Post the writ petition for final disposal in the usual course.
