(ii)to dispense with the production of original impugned proceedings issued by the 5th Respondent in Na.Ka. No.1341/ Thi 21/ 2017 dated 05.05.2017 (in WMP.No.29618/17 and;

(iii)to grant an order of interim stay of operation of the impugned proceedings issued by the 5th Respondent in Na.Ka. No.1341/ Thi 21/ 2017 dated 05.05.2017 (in WMP.No.29619/18) pending disposal of the above writ petition 27669/18 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SRIJAYANTHI Special Government Pleader for PETITIONER IN WMP.2118/17 AND1 TO 4 RESPONDENTS IN WMP.29618 & 29619/17 IN W.P.NO.27669 OF 2017 and M/S.R.N.AMARNATH Advocate for the 1 & 2 RESPONDENTS IN WMP.NO.2118/18 AND PETITIONER IN WMP.29618 & 29619/17 IN WP.NO.27669/17 the court made the following order:-

Interim order granted by this Court on 30.10.2017 in respect of recovery alone in WMP.No.29619 of 2017 is made absolute. Consequently, the vacate stay petition in WMP.No.2118 of 2018 in W.P.No.27669/2017 is dismissed.
