This writ appeal by the writ petitioner is directed against the order, dated 07.07.2014, made in W.P.(MD) No.5583 of 2011, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ which was filed challenging the order of dismissal from service, dated 09.04.2011.

2. The Writ Court dismissed the writ petition giving liberty to the appellant to file appropriate revision as against the order of dismissal from service before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the writ appeal can be disposed of by giving liberty to the appellant to approach the appropriate forum.

4. The reasons assigned by the Writ Court are perfectly in order and calls for no interference. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed giving liberty to the appellant to approach the appropriate forum challenging the order of dismissal from service. No costs.
