The show cause notice issued to the first respondent by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, dated 12 February, 2014 was challenged before the writ court in W.P.No.9594 of 2014. The learned single Judge quashed the notice with liberty to the Commissioner to take a decision for initiating action after notifying the Rules. The order is under challenge in this intra court appeal.
