Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.Venkataramani, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent.

The writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge rejecting the claim of the appellant/writ petitioner to include his name in the certificate verification conducted by the respondent during 25.10.2017 to 27.10.2017.

It appears that the appellant/writ petitioner, having completed the final year of B.Ed., course in 2016-17 and having come out successful in the TET Examination conducted for the year 2017, was called for certificate verification, but, his results were withheld for production of B.Ed., Certificate. It further appears that second opportunity was provided by the respondent for the similarly placed persons, by conducting certificate verification once again for the left out persons from 25.10.2017 to 27.10.2017 and since his name was not found in the list of persons called for certificate verification on that occasion, he could not appear for the same and hence, he moved the writ petition and having failed in the writ petition, he is before us.

At this juncture, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that considering the plight of the appellant/writ petitioner one more opportunity would be provided to him to appear for certificate verification, provided he appears with proper certificates.

In view of the fair submission made by the learned Additional Additional Advocate General, we direct the appellant/writ petitioner to appear for certificate verification before the respondent, within a period of fifteen days from today. The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
