COMMON JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that as per the interim order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the appellants have got admission to the M.B.B.S. Course on 31.08.2017. The said submission is also conceded by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
2.In the opinion of this Court, since the appellants have already been admitted to the course in question by virtue of the interim order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and there is no necessity for further adjudication in these appeals.
3.Hence, both these writ appeals stand disposed of in the
light of the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for
the parties. No costs.
