2.Though the petitioner sought for transfer from the Subordinate Court,

Tambaram to the Subordinate Court, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that the

Original Petition may be transferred to Family Court, Coimbatore, instead of Subordinate Court, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District.
