(i)That the Judgment and Decree of the Subordinate Court, Padmanabhapuram, dated 23.02.2010 made in A.S.No.52 of 2009 Confirming the Judgment and Decree of the additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram, dated 18.08.2009 made in O.S.No.340 of 2005 be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal in dismissed.
(ii)That there be no order as to costs in this Second Appeal.
