Prayer:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated the 6th February 1982 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ariyalur in A.S.No.50 of 1981, on his file, on appeal from the judgment and decree dated the 17th April 1980 passed by the District Munsif, Ariyalur in O.S.No.16 of 1975, on his file.
