ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to re-argue
the matter. According to the learned counsel, the procedure has not been
followed.
2. This Court is afraid that the same cannot be a ground for review.
There is no error apparent in the order passed. It is settled law that any patta
issued by the revenue authorities is subject to the judgment and decree of the
civil Court. Accordingly, the review application stands dismissed.
