ORDER
This review application has been filed to review the order in W.P.No.40048 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016.
2.Heard Mr.R.Thanjan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is
not seeking any permission to conduct quarrying operations but he wants to remove the excess gravel/debri dumbed in the adjacent Government land, adjacent to his gravel unit.
4.It is not known as to under what circumstances, the petitioner has dumped the excess gravel/debri in the Government land. It is also not clear that whether any permission was granted? Therefore, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner can be granted and it is suffice to direct the petitioner to submit a representation to the second respondent, namely, the Tahsildar, Namakkal Taluk and District, who shall consider the same on merits.

5.This review application is dismissed with the above observation. No
costs.
