The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his daughter from the custody of the third respondent and to set her at liberty.
2.The detenue is a major. She has married the third respondent out of her own volition. She has informed us that at present she is living with the third respondent.
3.In such view of the matter, there is no illegal detention involved. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
