This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, Monica Roslyn, aged 24 years, wife of the petitioner.
3.The respondent, viz., the Inspector of police, T-3, Korattur Police Station has produced the detenue.
4.since the petitioner is not present, identification cannot be made. Under such circumstances, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
In fine this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
