Prayer:- Plaint filed under Order VII Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and Order IV Rule 1 of OS Rules, 1956 read with Sections 51,52,55 and 62 of the Copyright Act,1957 and the Copy Right (Amendment) Act, 2012 and prays for (a) the defendants 1 to 133 and any other person/s and/or entitity/entities be directed to block all websites/web pages, including websites/ web pages, which are unauthorized, mentioned in the schedule hereto, hosting content/s that relate to plaintiff's copyright protected cinematograph film/motion picture "SI-III" in any manner thereby restraining unauthorised copying, communication, transmission and /or make available and/or display or release or show or upload or download or exhibit or play and/or in any manner communicate in and/or through their services immediately on receipt of details of such infringing websites/web pages in writing from the plaintiff and/or its authorized representative/s; (b) an order of permanent injunction be passed restraining the defendants 1 to 144 by themselves, their partners, proprietor, heirs, representatives, successors in business, assigns, distributors, agents or any one claiming through them from in any manner infringing the plaintiff's copyright in the cinematograph film/motion picture "SI-III" by copying, recording, reproducing or allowing camcording or communicating or allowing others to communicate or making available or distributing or duplicating or displaying or releasing or showing or uploaidng or downloading or exhibiting or playing and/or in any manner communicating the plaintiff's movie "SI-III" in any manner without a proper license from the plaintiff or in any other manner which would violate/infringe the plaintiff's copyright in the said cinematograph film "SI-III"through different mediums including cable TV, Direct to home services, internet services, multimedia messaging services, pen drives, hard drives, tapes, conditional Access Systems or in any other like manner whatsoever through the rogue websites as detailed stated in the schedule to the plaint; (c) for costs of the suit.
